How to Donate Items to Family Thrift Center

Store Drop-off

Simply gather your acceptable donation items, pack them neatly in bags or boxes, and proceed to the store’s designated drop-off area located on the North side of the building. If you're unsure about the donation process, look for signs or ask a staff member for assistance. Alternatively, you can also inquire about the home pickup service for added convenience.

No time to drop off your donations? Our home pickup service offers a convenient solution for you! Simply schedule a pickup by phone, and we’ll come to your doorstep to collect gently used items like clothing, furniture, and household goods. Make sure to review the list of acceptable donation items and check if they need to be boxed or bagged. We even provide tax-deductible receipts for your donation.

It’s an easy way to declutter while supporting a good cause—without leaving the house.

To learn more about the donation process and schedule a home pickup, please give us a call at 505-275-3700.
